Key reponsilities
- Lead the end-to-end process of new index product launches, from concept to execution.
- Collaborate with index providers, data vendors, and internal stakeholders to define product methodology.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify product opportunities.
- Draft and manage product documentation, including methodology summaries, fact sheets, and marketing materials.
- Partner with operations and legal to ensure timely product development and regulatory compliance.
- Support ongoing index maintenance, including rebalancing and methodology enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in index product development, ETF strategy, or related function.
- Strong understanding of equity or fixed income index construction and methodologies.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, FactSet, or other data tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
